UV3 / VL3 Series

Expanded lineup with higher output than the conventional UV series and UV2 series.
・Line, ring, bar and spot types
・Available wavelengths: 365 nm, 385 nm, 395nm and 405 nm*1.
・Two types of directivity: wide types to illuminate a wide area and narrow types for convergent illumination on a narrow area*2.
・Maximum 2 times higher output than conventional UV2 series. Overdrive available to increase inspection speed.
・For various inspection applications such as fluorescence observation, coating inspection, and defect detection.

*1 385/395/405 nm models are made to order.
*2 Ring type (LDR2), bar type (LDL), and high power line type (LNSP-FN) are available in two directivity types (wide and narrow).

  • Do not turn on UV-LED irradiating parts (emitting parts) if they are facing someone's eyes.
  • Wear long sleeves and gloves to protect your skin from UV irradiation.
  • Thoroughly educate all those involved near the product about the dangers of UV LEDs.
