CCS is pleased to introduce a new range of high-quality plug & play flood
lights, designed and manufactured by its subsidiary EFFILUX, which achieves
an innovative advancement in flexible design. This comprehensive range of
flood light includes LED bar light, ring light, brick light, and flat light
with a camera hole.

Bar Light

High-power adjustable bar light featuring high intensity and uniformity offers 24 possible configurations in just one light.

  • 3 diffuser plates (Clear, Semi-diffuse, Diffuse) are included to create a suitable balance between power and homogeneity.
  • 4 adjustable lens positions to easily change the emission angle from 90° to 10° to provide the optimal amount of coverage.
  • Integrated controller with Auto-strobe feature that automatically illuminates at 300% increased intensity in strobe mode as compared to continuous operation.
  • Easy-to-use standard M12 connector.
  • Easy to open to make optical adjustments (lens position, diffuser, optical accessories).
  • Robust design for challenging inspection environments.
  • Available in UV, blue, green, red, IR, white.

Common uses: Most machine vision inspection applications with large FOV.

High-Output Strobe Bar Light

High-output strobe bar light EFFI-FLEX-LG Series with fast response time

  • Response time: less than 1 μs, frequency: 150 Hz, maximum strobe time: 400 μs
  • Product lineup with emitting surface lengths from 200 to 2,400 mm (in 200 mm increments)
  • Available LED colors: red, blue, white, and IR (850 nm)

Mega Strobe Function

Achieves 15 times higher output compared to the continuous lighting of EFFI-FLEX and 5 times more brightness compared to the strobe overdrive of EFFI-FLEX.
